Phase Detection

Phase detection as one product type is replaced by another in a liquid flow is important to automated process control. Arjay employs it’s Level-Ease 2000 monitor and probe for phase detection and control. By monitoring the dielectric change from one product to the next, the monitor can provide a percent display of concentration and control relays for alarm and control. The Teflon and 316SS probe is inserted into the pipe and continuously monitors the capacitance field around it. The electronics is mounted safely away for power and control wiring. The phase detection products are part of a full family of level control and monitoring products from Arjay. All carry electrical safety approvals including CSA, UL, IEC, and CE.
