Oil Spill Alarm

For oil spill alarm requirements, Arjay offers a variety of models to choose from. For sump and containment applications where trace oil may be acceptable but any accumulation warrants an alarm, the Model 9830HCF and 2114 HCF floating sensor will follow the changing water level and alarm at about 1/$” (6mm) of oil. Where oil accumulation is acceptable but an alarm or pump shut down is required before risking pumping oil to the drain, the 9830-OWS is used. If the oil spill alarm is for sheen detection, the 2114-FLR is used. Arjay also has ppm monitors for oil emulsified in water and level controls for oil/water interface applications.
